I was amazed at how fast my finance application was processed and how quickly we were able to trade in my Focus and purchase a new Focus. I had made an appointment for 11/25 and went shopping when I came out of the supermarket I noticed a nail in one of my tires. I went back to see if they could get me in to repair the tire . They took me in, and then asked since they had me up on the rack already if I wanted them to do the service, saving me an extra trip. I really appreciated their help.

Service was TOP NOTCH! Caring responsive service staff. Reasonable hourly rate and top of the line technician worked in my vehicle. They answered ALL of my questions, they did WHAT they said they were going to do, WHEN they said they were going to do it at the PRICE they said they were going to do it for.
Kudos to Carmody Ford service department. They truly impressed me and I will be coming back.

We purchased a used 2013 Explorer in August and had some brake concerns last week. From the person who answered the phone to schedule a service appointment to the people in the service department, everyone was so courteous and professional. The problem was resolved with an explanation we could understand and the oil change was free! I can only say thank you.

2011 Ranger in for service, oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter. The service tech found a nail in one of the tires during rotation and fixed it. The entire process took one hour and I was on my way- this is great performance

The service department fixed what I asked them to fix and they also found a few items that I had not identified, but were important. I have always been very pleased with the service work that I have received from this facility. I have also found the people to be very friendly and easy to talk too. I have never felt pressured to get work done that I did not want to performed.

Our salesman treated us right. The truck check engine light and wrench came on when we test drove the truck.We weren't ready to purchase the day we test drove it, but made a deal to buy the truck and pick it up 5 days later. When we finished the paper work and got into the truck to take it home the check engine light came on. It wasn't able to be fixed that day. We drove a dealer car home and picked up the truck at a halfway spot from our home. We were treated right at the dealership, but it's just too bad that the truck was not properly prepared when we were there to pick it up. The salesman and manager were most kind and made up for the imposition.
